Julie is our office manager and chief operating officer. She has years of experience in medical office management and aesthetics.
Prior to her current position, she managed a plastic surgery office for ten years and is well-versed in all the current aesthetic products and procedures. She has exceptional management skills and is responsible for our patient care coordination.
She schedules patients for consultations and procedures, manages the financial arrangements, and ensures that each patient receives all the information they need to prepare them for their procedure, skin care treatment, or healthy aging program. She is a valuable resource for questions and keeps the office running smoothly.
Education: University of Central Florida – Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Sarah is a Registered Nurse with a deep passion for helping people feel their best, both mentally and physically. Born in San Diego and raised in Southwest Florida, Sarah graduated from UCF with her BSN and pursued bedside nursing for over four years prior to working as an Aesthetic RN. Always driven toward aesthetics, Sarah’s commitment grew from being able to empathize with the importance of feeling good in your own skin. Prior to joining Fontaine MD, Sarah worked at one of the largest medical & cosmetic dermatology practices in California. Working alongside board certified dermatologists, she grew her specialty of natural appearing results with a variety of injectables, lasers & cosmetic procedures. Artistically inclined with perfectionist tendencies, Sarah is dedicated to providing patients with safe, cutting-edge, results-oriented aesthetic services.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, spending time outdoors and anything ocean or water related.
With over 4 years of specialization in Aesthetic nursing, Louise offers a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and artistry.
Having earned her first Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Louise is naturally a creative thinker and detail-oriented. Following her graduation from Humboldt State University, she perused a career in fashion, creating window displays for Bloomingdales & Levi’s. She later went on to earn her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University. This is where she first discovered ways in which her passion for art and knack for visual harmony intuitively translated into aesthetic medicine & in helping patients look and feel their best.
Louise offers a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and artistry. She is a true professional and carries that into the treatment room. Louise enjoys building genuine relationships with her patients, and loves seeing her patient transformations, helping them look and feel confident, natural, and refreshed.
